You can fax the originals to head office and request an explanation. Providing the problem lies with our work and not with the quality of the client's supplied photos, we will redo the morph at no extra charge. |

What happens if the client is over charged and a refund needs to be made? Or a client sends you an email and says that someone stole their credit card? |

If client is overcharged they need to fax us and we will investigate and refund them if they have been overcharged.
If someone stole their credit card we will need a copy of the letter to their bank or credit card company outlining the incident and we will then refund them the full amount. |

We use security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data used by our system. We do not share our mailing lists with any other companies, and customers can select not to be advised of future promotions. |
